All prices on the website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the rights to cancel all orders due to price errors.
Order Fulfillment

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Please keep this e-mail as it is your sales receipt for products and/or services ordered, as well as being your order confirmation number. If your order has to be shipped, you will also receive a Shipping Notification e-mail. This will include your order tracking number once the item has been shipped and information on how you can check the status of your order online.

Shipping Information


All shipments containing wireless product(s) are delivered by DHL or Canadapost.


Orders can ONLY be accepted for Canadian and US addresses


We cannot accept shipping addresses with P.O. Boxes


All items purchased and paid before 3:00pm PST Monday to Friday, will be delivered within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to addresses across Canada and US


Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm local time. If no one is available to receive the package, you will receive a sticker confirming that a delivery attempt was made. Please ensure the shipping address you provide us, is an address where someone is there to sign and take delivery of the package(s).

Defective Return Policy

If your cellular is defective, you may return the product within 2 days of purchase. While all orders are checked for accuracy before leaving the warehouse, it is your responsibility to review the contents of your order when received.
All new products are warranted ONLY if warranty is purchased on top of the cost of the Cellular. We offer warranty for a period of up to twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase provided that products are free from workmanship or material defect caused by misuse. Refurbished products are warranted for up to 90 days with warranty purchased from us.
